"I feel Motivated"
I cannot say enough about how much I love HFF. The program is setup so you can easily set goals for yourself and track your progress. I really enjoy the structure of the classes and appreciate how much time Jeremy and Emily spend on explaining what each movement should look like, what the purpose of each exercise is, and how to modify if needed. No matter what your skill level is, you are always able to get a challenging and fun workout done, and a well deserved high five at the end!
Since starting at HFF I have lost weight and gained muscle tone, and I have seen a huge change in my energy level during workouts. I thought I pushed myself before, but this program has taken me to a whole new level. Just when I think I’ve reached my limit, a coach or fellow HFF member motivates me to keep going. I love the way I feel after each and every class!
Seeing changes in my body and the way I feel really motivates me to keep working hard, and when I complete something that I never thought I would be able to do! The HFF Coaches & Members are the most supportive and motivating group you’ll ever see! It’s one big team while you are in class, and you’re all working together to finish strong!
I have been an athlete my entire life so I felt right at home at HFF from the moment I walked in the door. I love how this gym brought me back to my roots in one way, but pulled me out of my comfort zone in so many other ways. I have tried a lot of different workouts over the years, but usually stayed away from any type of heavy lifting because I thought it would make me bulky and I didn’t really know what I was doing. After just a few weeks at HFF I my outlook completely changed thanks to both coaches not only motivating me, but educating me as well. It’s very hard to find group fitness instructors that are the total package! Even in a class of 12+ people; Jeremy and Emily take the time to help each member individually, you can tell they are invested in your personal goals and committed to helping you achieve them.
What is your most exciting accomplishment so far at HFF?
Completing the Whole30 Challenge! In 30 days, I lost about 10lbs and 10 inches overall, and learned so much along the way!
What would you say to anyone considering signing up for a program like this and would you recommend it?
Do it! You won’t be disappointed!
