How it Works
More Than Just a Gym
There are three types of memberships at HFF:
Group Training (max 8 people)
Family Training (max 4 people)
Personal Training (1-on-1)
After a complimentary strategy session, members choose the track they want based on their goals, their schedule, their lifestyle and generally where they are at in their fitness journey. Whether a member is in group classes or personal training, the workouts are designed for everyone to go at their own pace. Coaches are always happy to answer questions and offer advice and guidance to help members reach their full potential. Plus, there is always an event on the calendar for our community – dinners, sporting events, charity workouts, parties – HFF loves to have a good time and celebrate life! HFF is more than just a gym, it’s a community. When you become a member at our gym, you become a member of the family.

Day 30: A Healthier, Happier You
Congratulations, you’ve been with High Function Fitness for 30 days and it’s been a great 30 days. You’ve already completed a couple of your fitness goals!DAY30
Day 45: Ahhhmazing YOU
Congratulations on doing great work and investing in your long-term fitness goals. It’s not easy, but you’re accomplishing a lot already, so keep the ahhmazing effort (and good times) rolling.DAY45
